Sold my feelings, now I'm hanging by a thread

Top: Drop Dead | Skirt: Lavish Alice | Leggings: Topshop | Necklace: Topshop | Bag: Zara

I dug out my only Drop Dead t-shirt the other day, and remembered I chopped off the neckline... I'm not a fan of the standard tee neckline, and I guess I was in the mood for some customisation. I've owned it for nearly 3 years now and I still love it. Definitely need to add more to my wardrobe though. Anyway... I matched it with my new faux leather mini skirt. To me, it shouts 'dominatrix'. I'm really not. I do love the studs on the waist though, and I'm slowly starting to like this skirt after being very unsure about it. It's elasticated at the back so it's comfortable and fits really well. The pleats make it quite slimming too - always a bonus!

I love my new Zara bag too - my parents bought it me from Fuerteventura, so it was slightly cheaper than the UK! I've always wanted a bowling bag, but never really found one I liked. I've also been meaning to get a bag that's slightly smaller but still holds all the essentials. This is a perfect mix of the two, and is smart enough for work etc. It's got a shoulder strap too, which is very useful for me.

After a very odd start to October, the month has picked up and I can easily say that I'm very much looking forward to what this month will bring. Glastonbury tickets. The Lion King in Bristol. John Bishop in Birmingham. The Killers in Birmingham. Catching up with one of my lovely friends over a few (too many) drinks (he has the best 'drunk eyes' ever)... And the countdown to my birthday begins! Okay, so it's 2 months away... But still.
