MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter | Review

MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter - £3

When my friend Scarlet told me that this was the best drugstore highlighter she's ever used, I had to buy it to see what all the fuss was about.

MUA (Make Up Academy) isn't a brand I tend to go for, mainly judged by the price (I know, I know. BAD BLOGGER). However, I was pleasantly surprised by it! It's a powder based highlighter with a lovely pink/beige shimmer to it, but does appear a much lighter colour than it first looks. It's quite a weird texture as it's dry, but once applied it was quite silky to the touch.

It's easy to apply and lasts a good few hours (but not long enough for the day). It also looks really nice as a highlighter under your brows, as long as you don't apply too much as it's very shimmery.

My skin is quite sensitive, and I'm always worried about using cheap products just in case it makes my skin break out or become irritated, but I've had no reaction to this product at all.

For £3, it definitely does the job and, for that, you can't exactly complain! It's a great little highlighter, and versatile to create both day and night time looks. It would be good to have different shades to choose from, but this one is perfect for me right now. This definitely has a firm place in my makeup bag for the time being :)

Have you used any MUA products? What's your favourite highlighter?
