L'Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Gloss | Review

excuse the non-blended eyeshadow, yeah? it was fixed before i left the room. promise.
L'Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Gloss in Sin For Peach, Fall For Watermelon & Dare The Dragonfruit - £6.99 each

I really love Clinique's Chubby Sticks at the moment, but I can't handle the hefty price tag each time I want a new one. My mum actually found this range by L'Oreal and bought me a couple to try out. The two vibrant colours (Fall For Watermelon & Dare The Dragonfruit) are mine, whereas the Sin For Peach shade is my mums... But I had to 'borrow' it for blogger purposes, of course ;)

L'Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Glosses are gorgeous and perfect to keep in your handbag for a top-up. It's a great mix between a lip balm and a lip gloss. It's so easy to apply - it literally just glides on your lips. It doesn't dry your lips out, and offers a lovely glossy shine to your lips with more than enough colour. In fact, the photos above don't do these products justice!

As for the shades, Sin For Peach is a pale/nude pink shade (which isn't my cup of tea, but my mum loves it). Fall For Watermelon is a fab coral/pink colour, whilst Dare The Dragonfruit is a vibrant pinky/berry shade, which is possibly my favourite! All three of these glosses are slightly shimmery, but you can get away with wearing these during the daytime. The colour in each of these glosses really show up well, and you can obviously tone it down by not applying too much if preferred.

Overall, I'm really impressed by this range! For under £7, you really can't go wrong and are a great (and cheaper) alternative to Clinique.

What do you think of the Glam Shine Balmy Glosses? Gosh that's a bit of a mouthful for a name...
